I love the discovery process—watching the lightbulbs go off as people discover parts of themselves that they didn’t know existed. Ultimately, what we have is our body/mind—this incredible system that helps us find meaning, confidence, and joy in our lives.

OUTSIDE OF STUDIO 230, PILATES SUPPORTS MY my dancing, joy, play, hiking, yoga, and everything really!
