PILATES HAS TRANSFORMED MY LIFE BY showing me that I can always gain strength and support in my body in subtle ways. I also have met so many amazing people that I would have never met without the common love of Pilates.
I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT TEACHING PILATES BECAUSE I see that the work changes my clients from the outside in. Tuning in and coming into our bodies helps to ground us and we learn a lot so much about ourselves and even our emotions. Learning to breathe properly brings us life and movement enhances life.

Pilates has transformed my life by keeping me moving pain free. I have had numerous physical set back, from hip replacement, neck fusion, lumbar fusion and shoulder surgery and the Pilates Method and the benefits has proven to work for my body, mind, spirit. Pilates is my Happy Place!
I am passionate teaching Pilates because I want to share the value The Pilates Method has profoundly on ones health, physically, mentally and overall wellbeing. We all have issues we can work with, with out limiting us to gain strength, flexibility Centering, and a subtle spine. My favorite Pilates Exercise is hard to choose because I love all of them no matter how hard. My favorite is the Breath and how it connects to everything Pilates offer.

PILATES HAS TRANSFORMED MY LIFE BY: helping me to understand how move consciously. The mind/body connection has never been more clear to me than through the practice of Pilates.
I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT TEACHING PILATES BECAUSE: I see the profound changes that it has made in my own mind and body (so much so that I changed my career to be a full time instructor!). I love how pilates helps improve postural alignment, flexibility, focus and strength. By understanding how to move consciously, I have seen my clients improve their lives in everyday activities (walking, standing, etc) and in their extracurricular passions (biking, surfing, skiing, swimming, etc).
