More About Shala Savaiano
Hailing from the Roaring Fork Valley, Shala Savaiano is a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor. Raised in a family of healing arts practitioners; Shala has an intuitive nature about her practice. She started her own pilates journey in her late teens, after injuries resulting in chronic back pain. Shala wants to help inspire healthy change in others with the lessons that she has learned from her own journey in pilates and through the belief that we have the power to heal our own bodies.
She enjoys challenging her clients to gain strength, improve movement and recover from injury. In her free time, Shala is an active outdoor athlete who loves skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, rafting - and anything else the mountains offer. Shala graduated from the advanced Pilates teacher training in 2019 from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado which is considered the “Harvard” of Pilates teacher trainings.
